the whole shmick of l-arginine is to give a GH boost, however the point of sugar is to of course raise insulin in order to boost IGF … the thing is though doesn’t GH and IGF have an indirect relationship?
when GH is high, IGF is supposed to be low and when IGF is high, GH is supposed to be low, so should i be ditching one of those before and after my workout or still keep them?
