because from what i've seen on this forum when people ask this kind of question it's because they consider it as such. but if it's not the case then my bad ;)

Cope harder it's literally a medical categorized deformity usually caused by the teeth not fully coming out of the gum and not pushing the gums back, leaving the teeth mostly covered by gum
