Only changed the chin Projection, but im Not sure If genioplasty covers 10mm movements alone. I Had braces so my bite is fine / almost fine.

unless you can get insurance to cover the trimax, I'd recommend genio. 10mm is getting close to what most regular maxillofacial surgeons are willing to perform but its definitely possible. You may not have a perfect side profile after genio but it would likley be good enough. Hmm you got 8.5mm for 9 degrees FCA, right? I need around 9 degrees of flattening too, so maybe I overstimated my movements.

Since swelling has gone down its gone down to a little under a 8 degree change in FCA so 10mm is not a bad estimate, its really difficult to perfectly predict soft tissue movement and people's skulls are different, so I would aim for a range that you want and discuss it with your surgeon. But IMO 10mm is a pretty good estimate

The genio won't move your lower lip and mentolabial fold like that. It's the mandible body. For that you need jaw surgery. It won't be covered. Forget it if ur broke.

Yes, its so fucking annoying. My mandible is just barely projected enough to be within the reference (80 degrees SNB, 4 degrees ANB). So close yet so far classic. Although a slight upward movement might support my lower lip better and fix my slighly too tall lower third

I had similar FCA before genio, Im at 169 rn and I'm pretty happy with my side. 10mm or maybe more is probably necessary for your goal, but def discuss trimax w your surgeon if your goal is that high. Everyone's philosophy with surgery is different so I don't want to try to influence you on it but for me my goal was to get into what I consider to be a normal range (168-172), sometimes trying to reach ideal with surgery can backfire so I tend to try to get rid of failos rather than trying to get it to be a halo

to be honest this one looks better. On this thread his lips look more disharmonious. The pics are shit too, can barely see whats going on there.
For the pic from that earlier post i would recommend genio only as well.
Need more good pics to say for sure.
But he said he's broke anyway.

I mean he moved the lower lip and mentolabial in the morphs on this thread. Obv that would require jaw surgery if he really wanted to spend $30K to have a side profile that specifically looks like the after here
