how about you be more encouraging?Yes but good luck ever achieving it lol
His just being realistic, that’s like a 1 in 10 million physique even for roidershow about you be more encouraging?
Lol- you cannot just take roids and look like thatofc but if u want that roids
therwes difference between being unencouraging and realisticHis just being realistic, that’s like a 1 in 10 million physique even for roiders
this tooLol- you cannot just take roids and look like that
You need 1 in 100'000 genetics
Well you can take encouragement from the fact you dont need nearly as much muscle as that to be attractive to women.therwes difference between being unencouraging and realistic
This body makes guys wet.
Majority of girls prefer leaner physiques
i am losing this argument i think so imrunnign away nowWell you can take encouragement from the fact you dont need nearly as much muscle as that to be attractive to women.
But the issue with posting bodies like that is people with average genetics will gymcel for 6 months natty - not notice a signifixant difference in attraction with women then come on the forum like muh gymcelling is cope
Leaner than that? He is like 8% bodyfat JFL, did you mean less muscle?
Most guys would benefit infinitely more from cutting while lifting, to take advantage of noob gains. Even then, going from a pudgy 23% to a sixpack 12% would easily take a year of lifting and eating correctly at a caloric deficit.Well you can take encouragement from the fact you dont need nearly as much muscle as that to be attractive to women.

Yeah, brosplits and nutrition biggest killersMost guys would benefit infinitely more from cutting while lifting, to take advantage of noob gains. Even then, going from a pudgy 23% to a sixpack 12% would easily take a year of lifting and eating correctly at a caloric deficit.
(The important part here being eating every day at a slight caloric deficit, visible muscles and abs are all about low body fat, not how many hundreds of crunches you can do)
I would say at least 99% of average men don't have discipline or willpower for that.
What they do is dirty bulking, eating random shit just for the big caloric content, doing random lifting programs at the gym with no progression instead of organized programs like Arnold Golden Six or progressive overloads (either at high reps medium weights, or high weights low reps)
Then after 6 months they say the gym is bullshit because their body looks exactly the same, or just fatter.
You do not even need to "lift hard" to see huge body gains as a noob. You need to eat less calories while maintaining a high protein intake!
Your body will transfrom from skinnyfat to muscular and ripped (though not huge) within ~12 months, assuming you are not starting at an obscene body fat like 30-40%, in which case it could take 2-3 years.
The average person has the mental strength and willpower to lose about 1% body fat per month in the long term. So even a 40% body fat very obese guy can get ripped within ~2.5 years.
well u need to be black first
Half that physique is enough and achievable on the long term.
A bit less than that is ideal imo. Brad Pitt in Troy mode.Well you can take encouragement from the fact you dont need nearly as much muscle as that to be attractive to women.
