probably, maybe barbed pdo threads if that isnt retarded for that area but ive seen some surgeon do it on himself for better tip projection, he doesnt show results unless at clinic but u could stil see some of it in the vid. wasnt tht drastic tho

your nasal base isnt supported by your maxilla, so theoretically if you could push your vomer bone a little up by projecting your maxilla then it would look much better.

ive a similar problem, and i somewhat fixed it too but got a another problem because when my nasal base got better, my tip got a little more bulbous too. but its fixable if i lose water retention in my nose + inflammation.

what did i do?
sounds cope but idc whatever u want to do with this info, but its pushing the bony part under ur nose base, basically up your philtrum and below ur nose. i push it 5-6 times daily for a minute and it works. might hurt a lot for u (used to hurt like hell for me so i stopped it but did it again a few months later and it didnt hurt lol)
