I don't want to discriminate based on looks, but there obviously wouldn't be any trucels with no hope, they would have no drive to do anything and only bring us down. But if you are trucel with a high iq and want to better yourself or at least make some money then yes they can join. And the amount of money required depends on what our expenses will be starting out but we're no where near that yet so can't give a number. We definitely won't be rich starting out. I don't have much of a plan drawn out yet so I don't want to say too much.
