I am 6’8 220lbs and 22-25% body fat
I am 17 and i have open plates if it matters

I can do these at the same time with ease:
Weightlifting 2-3 times a week
Atleast 100 push ups a day
20-30 pull ups a day
15-30k steps a day
200g+ of meat daily
200-300g of carbs daily
100g+ of vegetables daily
30m-1.30h of jumping rope at least 2 times a week

That height and routine alone puts you above 99.99% of the forum. That is only if you are not larping. I think the chances are 60/40 of you larping

6'8 lean (0% bf) is 200-220lbs, no way you are 220 with 25% bodyfat
Idk that what it says on machines/websites i dont look 25% at all i can almost see my abs and i have hollows

That height and routine alone puts you above 99.99% of the forum. That is only if you are not larping. I think the chances are 60/40 of you larping
I dont follow that exact routine except diet and steps for now

WEightlifting slowing growth is a myth that has been more times than your age so dont worry. Also dont listen to people who say that. They are idiots who cannot be consistent, hence the yapping. If you start when your test production is high you can stack serious gains
