I can do these at the same time with ease:
Weightlifting 2-3 times a week
Atleast 100 push ups a day
20-30 pull ups a day
15-30k steps a day
200g+ of meat daily
200-300g of carbs daily
100g+ of vegetables daily
30m-1.30h of jumping rope at least 2 times a week
