I hesitate to call it an addiction because its just an innate desire. Its kind if like saying “is eating food every day an addiction?” I suppose there are people who are addicted to food, and get fat because they eat too much processed food, junk food etc. But people who eat too much and gain 10 pounds aren't considered to be addicted to food. I think if you purposefully avoid doing things so you can jack off or if you compulsively have to jack off in the middle of activities then you are probably addicted. Otherwise you are a regular dude
