I’m not sure BSSO would even work here. I think the gonions just too small—they don’t flare out much making the angle look bad from the front.
Definitely too narrow, but implants or fillers can fix that.

Ideally, OP would post an actual video/pics in 360 if he wants actual advice but from the first pic his jaw looks forward grown already so no osteotomy at least. From the second pic his jaw looks good enough and not recessed so no surgery/implants either
