NZb6Air's org thread on the delivery vehicles for GHK-CU is mostly bullshit. I fell for the same speculative nonsense in my most popular video so I'd like to expand and elaborate on the different theories regarding GHK-CU reconstitution and delivery mechanisms.Because of this thread being on BOTB and many others spreading this, people are under the assumption phosphate buffered saline is the only viable delivery vehicle/solution for GHK-CU. This is incorrect for several reasons:

1. Phosphate buffered saline has a very low shelf life and does nothing to prevent bacteria growth. You could very well get a staph infection from this. It's only stable for a maximum of 1 day. [1]
2. The theorem that bacteriostatic water degrades the copper-nitrogen bonds to a significant degree is mostly bullshit. It may have a transient effect of increasing PIP due to the variable PH. This is definitely correct. However, the claim falls completely flat with the statement "DOESN'T WORK (YOU ONLY GET GHK AND INJECTION SITE DAMAGE)²". This implies ALL of the copper bonds are degraded. This is not backed by any science. No credible source says BAC water doesn't work.
3. “Normal saline ‘works but is theoretically not stable’ due to pH being too low.” Saline was used successfully in animal trials[2]
4. Bacteriostatic water doesn't just annihilate copper bonds indiscriminately. Conditional stability constants at pH 7.4 give cK ≈ 4.17×10¹² M⁻¹ (pM‑range Kd); even at pH 6.5, binding remains extremely tight.[3]
5. Another claim notes that GHK-CU (including the copper complex) is the only way to get the collagen boost. Studies show that GHK alone can match the collagen effect under certain conditions [4]

The reason this thread falls so short is because it spreads the idea that GHK-CU must be reconstituted with PBS, but uses a lot of shaky data to justify it and doesn't mention how much it destroys the shelf life. This makes a lot of people scared to use GHK-CU. For example, I joined Charlie's (cookieverse) TikTok stream the other day to see him talking about how it must be reconstituted with PBS and he's hesitant to use it. So, the idea is being spread far and wide and muddying the waters. Don't be fooled, bacteriostatic water is a perfectly fine agent to reconstitute GHK-CU with.Sources:
