Would you risk a lip lift when you can already slay HTBs?

Swelling from my bimax is mostly gone, now i'm considering a lip lift to fix my 20mm philtrum and very thin upper lip vermillion. If that goes right it would put me close to my potential and to stacy's radar. The main risks are:

1. Bad Scarring
2. Too much incisor show when upper lip is at rest
3. Surgeon fucks up
