Average male height is like 5’9 to 5’10 which is 70 inches. Average dick length is around 5 inches. Sacrificing an inch of height is taking you down about 1.5% but gaining an inch in length gives you plus 20%. So yes it makes sense to trade an inch or two

This would only be a good trade since if we take that the ideal dick size is 6 inches plus and the ideal height is 6 foot plus, the dick is a twelfth of the height, you would have to make it so that taking an inch from your dick would be equal to around 4 jnches of height as the very least.
