Only in very specific circumstances, mainly if it will give me a lefort 3… if it just means I need all the same surgeries but with smaller movements then there’s no point.

Leg lengthening back to 6’2” would be far more attainable and affordable than getting Lefort 3 and honestly I’m pretty sure I’d slay more at 5’11” with Lefort 3 and all my surgeries than at 6’2” with a recessed midface and all my surgeries.
