You get a big bump at the beginning because you're a new user. They purposefully give you a boost. It'll go down eventually and your like/matches rate will most likely not be that different from tinder

My bump in bumble wasn't as good as his. I was able to land 2 dates but the other likes ended up ghosting me or they were too ugly
