no why would that be? Nicotine increases acetylcholine acutely which facilitates learning and also when combusted produces niacin and cotinine , niacin has been shown to help manage schizophrenia, and schizophrenics are more likely to engage in smoking

well they say this for every subsance, even ephedrine, coffee etc. but the reality is the side effects get lesser with beneficial effects still continue, ofc smoking causes cancer long term but all the dizziness etc dissapears after the first few times with only the attention benefits continue, also smoked nicotine produces niacin through combustion as byproduct but its hard to say the absolute amount, but its there. Ephediine for example increase BAT thermogenesis higher and higher even though side effects like rapid heeart beat etc get lower the longer u use epehedrine. Ultimately depends on how risk averse you are.

Are you aware middle to upper class people from families of good healthy genetics and upbringings delve into the recreational consumption of cocaine?

Genetically gifted people would be affected by this too.

Nobody is free to the temptation of wanting to experience out of body experiences and all this other shit. Consumerism
is a part of human psyche. Bad environment can ruin good genetics.

Legalising all drugs could be the difference between creating a winner or a loser.
