Wrestling practice is decending me

I have wrestaling reactive right after school and get sweaty as hell then I eat supper and go to the gym for about an hour and a half. After that I take a shower and do my skincare and shit. I have hella acne right now because of wrestling and don’t have a tone of time to do shit In between wretaling and gym what should I do?

I do acne pad whip things and rinse off my face but that clearly isn’t working any suggestions?
