Wrinkles from Eyelid Pulling

According to what I've read on this forum eyelid pulling can cause wrinkles, is there any way to mitigate this? I myself have a bit of UEE so yk.

Also random asf but If you can stretch the skin of the eyelid why can't you do the same with the lateral (outer) canthus to get a more positive canthal tilt?
