Wrist Maxxing?

I have had skinny wrists my entire life and i thought bulking up and going to the gym would do the trick and fill them out but it’s 3 years later and they’re still practically just bone. Forearms are filling out nice, buts it’s annoying that people can still put their finger around my wrists, not to mention watches. Any tips?

You can’t grow your wrists with exercise there size is 100 percent determined by genetics.

This, As far as bonesmashing goes you shouldn't be hitting them, instead focus on creating stress at the wrist site. For example, in tennis you create a lot of stress which is why tennis players hitting arms have thicker wrists. Other things you can do are train running on all 4s. Its very autistic but its proven to increase wrist size. Arm wrestling and boxing training would help too.

It's over for manliness levels if 6.5-7in wrists with women fingers

Stuck with it for life unless your physiology matures/ages fast on its own, fat bulk then cut to see if the hand/wrist 'mass' sticks, or until your 40yo maybe it'll 'kick I'm somehow w chemicals and androgens
