Wtf do i ask my ortho

Ive got a narrow upper and lower palate, i have a slight overbite but when i jut i have an open bite what the fuck do i ask for with so much?

Ask for MSE and whether you would be a good candidate for a BSSO.
Do not misconstrue an overbite with a recessed mandible. They are not the same.
