Wtf hydrochlorothiazide not working

Hello guys, I decided today to depuff my face and my diet is already low sodium high potassium with a 100g carbs limit, I bought hydrochlorothiazide and took one 25mg pill at 2:30 pm now it's fucking 6:30 and my face is still puffy like what the fuck, even tho I peed many times does this shit take time or what?
