I have no idea what that is, but it isn't very noticeable. I'd hesitate to even call it a major flaw. If you've had it since birth, then it wouldn't qualify as an injury or scar tissue. Otherwise I'd suggest derma rolling, with at least 1mm needle length. Fixed some acne scars of mine and it does wonders.

Might be worth a shot in your case anyway.

Its called a Lipoma. I have a large one behind my ear. They sometimes grow or become cancerous, so get checked with a dermatologist when you can.

Its just fat and picking it or lancing will do nothing but cause scarring. You can pay to get it removed, but it wasn't worth it for me since mine is hidden and I didn't want to get stitches lol.
