firstly is your jaws asymmetric comes from birth or is it just swelling from your nightguard? or just you are so bloated that yor jaw looks asymmetrical, lose some pounds and then you must get rhino before any jaw surgery,if the debloating doesnt fix yor jaw you can go for a surgery,Finally your eyes are beatiful and you must see your full potential

rhino is a surgery for your nose and in my imagination if you had a decent nose with that eye are your jaw couldnt been a very big flaw, you can use reta for fat loss

Idk what “infra malar implant” is but lip filler and nose job is very cheap where i live and good quality too i can probably do those but rn iam trying to lose weight

Yeah you need to urgently get a facial or put on some gloves and squeeze the fuck put your nose. Search black pore removal and you will understand. Also get an exfolliator and you need to urgently use those black strips. Send photo after you clean up your nasty nose
