When laying down for a while today i have this brain fog and my heart rate is about 100bpm im pretty anxious and i always had a faster heart rate. I quickly stood up and went to the toilet and my heart rate imidietly raised to like 150bpms. It got slower. Idk why but i got an idea tu start sprinting and doing pushups and pullups. My heart rate went above 200. Now i did some breathing exercises when laying down i got a little calmer now its 90bpm. Maybe i shouldnt focus on it that much. I ate alot of chocolate recently, on an empty stomach, could that somehow relate to whatever happened to me here? I dont think i have pots i have tested it before my heart rate was slower standing up rather than laying down lmao. Does anyone experienced have an explanation for this??
