Wtf surgeron told me wraparound implants never exists

i've met a pretty recognised surgeron even with famous people in paris.

He told me jaw implant can only be 3 pieces, cause a wrapround would go overs the nerves wich are between gonion and body of the mandibule

How the fuck people get wrapround implants then ? on their nerves ?

I have no doubt op asked the surgeon for a one piece implant because that's probably his conception of what a wrap around is, and the guy explained it has to be partitioned into 3 pieces. Of course you can design it to augment the entire inferior border of the mandible if you want, what surgeon would be retarded enough to say you can't?
