you could have hunter A10 eyes forward growth and still look like a truecel @CurlyHeadedJames is basically proof harmony above all else he got surgeries to get these "ideal" traits and it made him look worse overall. Surgery should only be used for major falios if the falio is not bad enough to be uncanny then fixing it will look uncanny and if you try to reconstruct your face to look entirely different then your phenotype it will look bad.
