hydrocortisone, search for the guide thread this guy made a whole personal experience thread

bottom line he applied it too much to his nose and it got extremely sensitive and sunburn prone. So apply it only to the tiny part that bulges at the bottom of ur nose. Accutane is great but much less effective at shrinking your nose.
