Premolar Extraction to correct Bimaxillary Protrusion (Prognathism)

I've been researching how to reduce prognathism.
As seen above, my Ricketts-E Plane is shit.

To increase nasal projection, I'm getting rhino this summer.

To reduce bimaxillary protrusion, one treatment ik is Premolar Extraction + Braces.

Questions

1. Will it ruin my front and 3/4 profile?
2. Am I a good candidate for this surgery?
3. Does any1 have any experience/info abt this procedure?
4. Any other info would be appreciated

Im getting my premolars extracted for a jaw surgery, and people only talk about the negatives. It's seen more of a descension procedure rather than ascension. But as I said, I'm getting it done to decomp my teeth with braces so my upper jaw could be moved forward properly. I'd say if you don't plan on getting a jaw surgery alongside with it, don't get it.
