Just train high frequency low volume
Something like upper lower with 2 sets per exercise with reps close to failure should work
Also training front delts when you already do shit like incline bench is unnecessary

upper lower better split, js do all ur upper body one day then skip legs, rinse and repeat
this is what i do too lmao cant hit legs these days studies got me fucked up
