If you are truly committed, then you must do all of these:
-Supplement max, there's threads on what supplements to take, read them. If your parents don't let you buy these things, then don't eat fucking junk food. Avoid all forms of junk food at once, and live off of a diet of red meat and dairy if you have to. Potato chips and soda drinks aren't going to do anything but negate your development.
-Chew a copious amount of falim gum. You're 14 so you have malleable bones. People that say chewing is cope are larping cucks, chewing isn't cope (spoken from experience and from other friends).
-Mew. People say mewing is cope, but proper tongue posture has no negative effects while there are drawbacks to not mewing (snoring, mouth breathing, etc).
-Go to the gym. You want to maximize your testosterone, and the best way to do this is by going to the gym.
-Practice proper posture. At this age, everything you do will determine how you will look as you become an adult. Proper posture will aid with development of your face and your body as a whole.
-Go to the best of the best and read everything thats high IQ. Don't think about surgery or prettyboy maxxing or any of that. If you want to look like you're a fucking menace then do as above.
