theres probably no feeling that could compare to what you feel when youre loved by your partner and family
I guess I'm loved by family. I was beaten like a child and my mother yells all the time since I remember. But when I was beaten it was more like upbringing than abuse. Also they were pretty strict. But actually my family is pretty united. And the partner thing.... Idk if I can get a partner rn. I lost my social skills, life fuel, confidence and I don't have the looks to make up for it.

sounds bluepilled but the more you live in the moment the happier you will be, go watch the sunset, pick up a sport and train hard, find a girl you like and kiss her by the river. Many like alcohol for this reason, you forget the before and after. Just focus on being present at all times. Meditate and have a goal in sight at all times.

you can only be happy if youre self confident, and the only way you can be self confident is if you know youre good looking. make ascending your absolute first priority, fix your lifestyle and get the surgeries you need. you'll have to accept that youre not tall, theres no way to cope with that unless you get LL.
youre sometimes comfortable because your brain is finding ways to cope with your pain and loneliness.

dont worry tho, there are lots of people on here who relate to you

TLDR: talk to people and listen to them, don't neglect the basics, journal.



Try your best to make an effort with others and surround yourself with people who you love. It's easy to push people away when you're internalising negative thoughts - this is why being amongst other people is effective because it's easier to not drift off as you're held accountable more than if you were just sat in front of your computer - the computer does not have feelings that need tending to, and it won't judge you. it's tricky but listening to people helps and i dont just mean "hearing" them but truly listening to them.

If you struggle to ignore the passing negative thoughts what I like to do is go outside and find an area that is completely void of others and i speak to myself out loud and talk through my problems to myself, once I have done this I write a summary of the outcome to my problems in my journal for future reference.

Also something I struggled to come to terms with was the fact that being extroverted does not mean naturally happy. I'm a very socially anxious person, but at the same time I am also introverted and enjoy my own company. There's a fine line in being alone from comfortable to being miserable - even if you're adamant that being alone is best for you and where you're most happy, you still need to tend to your own needs as a human and socialise where possible - remember that this is a skill and if you're in the vicinity of others and you're completely in your head with your own negative thoughts, then please understand that this is not being sociable. Like I said it's important to listen to others and ignore those thoughts.

Don't neglect the basics, sunlight, hydration, a good diet - these things all count toward how you're feeling not only physically, but mentally as well - just think, if you were to rot in bed all day and eat candy and drink sugary drinks would you be on top of the world? probably not.

Also I think it's important where possible to have 1 hobby in each of these areas:

- Sport (a team based sport would be better, but it's your preference)
- Creative
- Social
