Shampoo literally destroys my hair. Causes it to floof up and frizz. I use a no sulfate and no siliicone conditioner only, but it's def not for everyone.

Conditioners might make your hair more healthy and buttery, but I’m convinced that shit is to get your hair feeling as oily and greasy as possible to get you to wash your hair again and use more of the product.

My hair is naturally oily so I avoid conditioners, head and shoulders has always done the job for me (I’m aware it’s a pretty normie product, but it works). I find that it’s harsh enough that it completely takes all the dirt and sweat out of my hair (I gym 6 days a week) and it feels like it’s actually cleaning (it often burns) unlike most shampoos.
