Why hasn't this been discussed here?
Apparently doing yoga exercises in a daily basis can help you stretch your spine, so that you can expect to gain between 1/2 and an inch in height. Maybe more if your posture is shit.
It won't make your bones grow though, it will just improve your posture. But who gives AF, at the end of the day it will make you look taller nonetheless.
I suspect this can reduce height loss due to aging aswell.
Brb yoga maxxing to ascend from 5'11 king of manlets to 6' mogger.
Thinking of combining it with chin tucks to gain even more tbh.
