There are some guides on this site for frauding social media.

But you can get laid without instagram if you're Chad enough. Just get snapchat. There is no profile with pictures of you and your friends, how many followers you have, etc, so you don't really need social proof with snapchat

Honestly it’s better not to have Instagram and Twitter than to have them but have under ~800 or so followers/have a terrible following/followers ratio. You can act like you’re above social media and you have better things to worry about, and most girls will either not care or gain respect for you.
