math.random() requires parenthesis and parameters, an example would be, math.random(1,10) As for rotation, you would use Vector3. An example would be, game.Workspace.Part.Rotation = Vector3.new(math.random(),math.random(),math.random())

script.Parent.Rotation =Vector3.new(math.random(MinimumNumberHere,MaximumNumberHere),math.random(MinimumNumberHere,MaximumNumberHere),math.random(MinimumNumberHere,MaximumNumberHere))

On the second line you used, murderer = person[math.random(1,#players)] instead of murderer = players[math.random(1,#players)]

Have you tried something such as, math.random(1,#maps)?

Try using this, game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character:MoveTo(spawn[math.random(#spawn)])

You could try something such as, RandomPlayer = game.Players[math.random(1,#game.Players:GetChildren())] and then just adjust the script to work with what you currently have.

The reason why you were getting an error from the line, ocal Index = math.random(#List >=3) is because it was comparing the values and returning true or false.
