The title is not entirely correct.
I am sure you don’t want to be depressed, but i’ll explain what i mean.

What I write documents my experience. It may not be similar to yours and may not match your situation. I felt depressed as young as 5th grade. I didn’t know why. I was made fun of for being fat, but it didn’t bother me much. I genuinely wanted to end my shi. I kept feeding my mind this idea that I was depressed. I had also experienced this in 7th. Same loop. I would also watch some bs depressing tiktoks JFL this acruallt all led to me dating what most of the grade considered to be the baddest girl in our grade somehow even tho i was ugly af JFL
I have a thread on that if you want info on how i did it it’s very helpful imo it has no replies or reps
Anyway, in 8th+ i kinda stopped feeding myself bs info. I also got a good relationship with god which i think made a huge difference. I am now more grateful for everything. I don’t really actively think like that as much, but i’m simply not depressed. a couple weeks ago i went on SASU just to check it out. I am not depressed or anything and am actually very happy. But as I was scrolling there for a few minutes i just knew it was kinda changing my emotions. I hadn’t felt depressed from it but it just goes to show that surrounding yourself with negative things will correlate to a negative way of thinking. Not throwing shade on SASU I don’t understand it and hope I never get into a position where I have to understand it.
