I want to fix my forward growth, if it's not too late. I know, that maxillary growth accelerates as you age and in age of 16 it's rlly slow but I'm not looking for growing bones - im looking for bone remodeling. I know, there's tons of orthodontic devices like marpe, rme etc. but it's not rlly helping with reaching better maxillary growth. I have decent forward growth, but it's not enough. I can get myself marpe + damian braces. But what's then? Get myself facial mask? Or only way is surgeries like double jaw or le fort?

Firstly, 16 is too late for hgh and test, to grow facial bones. Secondly, its not gonna help much with forward growth. If you're talking about natural hgh+t, I'm trying my best, don't know about real results, but still

I just turned 17 would hgh do something for my face or is it late? I’m getting a premolar extraction tho the dentist said i wont be recessed i asked a million questions and said i’ll get a CCW rotation and fix my overbite aswel but oh well who knows whats gon happen to me

yeah well my main goal with hgh is to maybe juice out 3-5cm in height and muscle mass, my plates are still open so im still getting taller i just remembered aswel it wont change shit cuz my face bones completely closed (thats what my dentist told me) I’ll just bonesmash use peps and do the basic stuff nothing deep or something

i m 18yo with 14 bone age (yeah I know... late puberty), so maybe it's not over for u too
