when you have teeth together and look straight and have chin tucked you can feel pressure on the maxilla moving slowly. my facial bones have slowly gotten better since ive fixed my posture.
this is why thin people who have always been thin are good looking while fat people who get thin look worse...
its because the thin people had good posture and facilitated forward growth where fat people tilted their head back to hide their double chins but this made them grow recessed.
