Looking through high-level arm wrestler transformations, it is clear to me that all of their wrists grew. It might be muscle, but I’m sure there was some frame growth as well.

Most arm wrestlers are using HGH, deca, DHT derivatives and utilising hard forearm training.

yes, wolfs law is also applicable here

I've been doing an experiment in which I only train my right wrist with everyday armwrestling and heavy heavy curls.
my right wrist has grown significantly in comparison to my left

roids, might be wolfs law ig but roids played a bigger role
