Whereas height alone, stretching proportions in only one dimension just makes a tall thin guy, smaller wrists and stuff. Nothing to do with fat content.

Seeing JJ is like 178, the tallest guys in that vid must be around 6ft-6’1. Ngl, a few centimeters of height is very noticeable, especially when standing close to each other. Shorter than 5’9-5’10 and it’s gonna be a struggle
