It’s not that easy at all

I think the max you could get away with is probably like 2.5”

You can fraud 2-3 cm easy then another 2 with heel filler so max undetectable imo is 5 cm/2 in. Maybe if you use shoes then another relative 1 cm/0.5 inch so yeah ~2.5 in

180 cm to 186 cm (all undetectable) is very significant
