You need to do progressive overload sprints and explosive vertical jumps. Each time sprinting faster and jumping higher. This releases a lot more testosterone and HGH than muh lifting weights

If u are on a 26 kg incline dumbell press and want to get to 34 kg for example ur body produces more testosterone when training for it aswell as bumping up the macros in ur diet
 
indeed, you can just inject.
 
Testosterone levels are mostly genetic
