no. get them xrayed to see if they are opened or closed, if they are closed there is nothing you can do (other than limb lengthening surgery which costs an insane amount and leaves you disabled)

Even if they were open, what if you already reached your genetic limit of growing, how would the steroids still increase your growth past that limit? Or am I just stupid and uneducated on this topic.

"genetic limit" is just how much you will grow naturally and is a combination of natual hgh production and some other things

increasing hgh will make you taller, but yes it has a max effect. Like you will never get to 7' no matter how much you take because its simply not possible
