He still has good bone structure to pull it off, but the colouring is very plain here, which makes all the difference, even for meeks. Although he is able to pull it off, he looks no where near as good as his other photo.

Look at the discrepancy. Shitty android phones from afar really remove all the detail and colouring from your face. Excellent bone structure is the reason he still looks decent.
