I eat once a day (1200 kcal). Usually eat what my mother makes e.g. meatballs, veggies, chicken breasts and so on.

Jogging has got to be the most retarded thing ever. Imagine willingly damaging your joints and heart over time jfl.

Humans are meant to either walk (low intensity) or sprint/run for short bursts (high intensity), anything in between is just retarded.
Hill sprints are king for HIIT and as for walking, it's best to stick to walking in nature or do incline treadmill walking, you don't need anything else realistically speaking.

I'd add it's reasonable to walk when and where is cleanest air, inhaling smog and industrial dust with gasses from cars isn't nice.
