You NEED to be LISS-maxxing for lean 6 pack physique.
Not only does LISS promote safe fat loss, but the increased blood circulation from low intensity walking also increases testosterone. Also losing fat tissue itself promotes increase in testosterone.
There is 0 reason as a male in his teens or 20's you should have a "gut" IF you do you need to get up off you ass and start walking-maxxing.
None of your ancestors ran on a daily basis but what they did do was walk multiple miles a day.
NO TREADMILLS
long 1 hours walks in nature, multiple times a day. nightwalks, early morning walks preferable.
Avoid midday walks. Midday is reserved for sunbathing.
try to find walking spots when there are less people out.
