He's a moron. First they would use Hyaluronidase to dissolve assuming it's HA. To the extend it's not they can't manually remove it easily in almost all cases except maybe a wrap around jaw from a single entry intraoral approach.

Unlike redditor comments, I've watched them do it during surgery.

Keep in mind they do remove shit like liquid silicon, or castor oil from dumbasses who injected it, they cannot get all that shit since both migrate heavily but they can remove a good chunk of it. So larping that standard fillers "get in the way" is a joke. I will say though facial plastic surgeons absolutely love whining about trivial shit.
