Cold exposure makes your body react by creating heat, inside your mitochondria inside all cells, because mitochondrias are engines and this is part of their job.
Then, heat gets transformed into light, as bio photons, including both UV and infrared, which is exactly what we need for light therapy and what we get during sunbathing.
Then, that light gets stored inside the cell's water gel and cell's surface (becoming melanated, tanned), and making cell electrically charged. It is called "tanning the insides". Only white people have uncoupled mitochonria genetics of cells to be cold adaptable and produce heat in response to cold, for people coming from melanated mother it is impossible, they cannot produce heat at unlimited capacity, and they cannot store light inside of their cells, melanated people need sunbathing all year round and they benefit from sunbathing more than white people. If you are melanated I recommend to adapt your entire life to get certain jobs, or small business, to allow you to take a 2 day vacation to warm place literally every single week of 3 seasons per year, for sunbathing, or possibly relocate to a low latitude, because you cannot do cold exposure for crucial light therapy and keep your cells healthy, you will always stay ageing, unmotivated, weak, unhealthy, unintelligent.
Other people who cannot do cold exposure is people with heart issues (if you notice any noticeable issue). For people with heart issue I recommend to orient their entire life around year round sunbathing just like it is needed for melanated people, and to do long lymphatic hot baths (to get a big benefit of detoxification, and when your lymphatic system will be completely unclogged from solidified seed oils then the system will finally start working as opposed to being shut down, and you will have tremendous rejuvination and energy because now your blood flow system will be used not for detox and nutrients but only for oxygen. Today I did my first ever cold exposure experiment in a bath tub for 30 minutes. Because I was sunbathing the previous 2 weeks, it gave me a lot of help in health of mitochondria and it's functioning including heat production, and this is why I felt completely warm in the cold (as long as I did movements) the entire time, this means my body is easily adaptable to heat production (and therefore inner biophotons production). After finishing cold exposure and consuming a video, I felt like a different person. Dopamine was going through my body. My face looked younger.
