Im from south europe and my skin color is the same as some nord ideally you want to be in a comfortable enviortment(30-40 celsius)

You're extremely deficient in melanin, just like El Salvadorians and Costa Ricans who are of the culture of avoiding the sun who "turn" white, they are not really white, it's a very obvious deficiency and soft type of vertiligo. It is insanely unhealthy.

I think 0 sunlight is unnatural, and this is concerning both summer and 0 sun seasons, this is a major part of my decision to believe and practice theories of sunbathing therapy and cold exposure for biophotons therapy.

Proof is that everything biological in existence can be separated into fundamentals as light, water, magnetism, and thereby light is a goal that powers all the systems in a biological being, and if we can gather light in any form then it improves the functioning of all our systems.

The same way we can optimize our water and improve all our systems significantly.

The same way we can optimize our EMF and blue light, and improve all our systems significantly.

Like expected, cold exposure gave me increase in testosterone as I observe through libido, yesterday and today in new day.

It gives exactly the same positive effects as sunbathing therapy.

I like how I can do it even during bad days when there's rain whole day or clouds all day, and at any time of inconvenience from job.

I've experienced increase in libido after sunbathing for several days after that, just the same, multiple times.
This is light therapy, whether from sun, or heat production in cold.

Everyone knows stress releases testosterone, because everyone drank concentrated coffee with a bit of milk. It has no relevance to true good things synthesizing testosterone. I repeated this incredible amount of times, just because a good thing has stress separately attached to it, doesn't mean I'm saying stress caused that good thing or any good effect, it is only attached, and theoretically metaphysically the same result could be achieved without that attached stress if we used some smart alien technology for example.
