No I never forget to take mine. Got a pill planner for my zoloft, wellbutrin, adderall, ambien and of course my turkesterone!!

I personally think antidepressants ruin your brain and you should try to cope with physical Activity and actually working on your mental health. They made me feel numb after the initial euphoria and when I stopped it was brutal. I was actually on wellbutrin for a bit a few years ago but I was joking

Ye fitness alone has made a big impact, the endorphins make it an enjoyable pastime comparable to drugs, and socially it helps a lot too, hanging out with people and not smoking or drinking is just boring asf unless you are catching up with an old friend, it's hard to find productive activities that are actually fun, but lifting with the boys is a great one
